Please go to a professional, skin tag removal is a medical procedure and you shouldn’t be attempting this yourself let alone using something for wart treatment. Skin tags aren’t always frozen off, sometimes they are cut depending on the size. The Freeze Away medicine is for warts that are attached differently to the surrounding skin than a skin tag is.
