I have many of these that I’d like to have removed, but most of them would not be covered by my insurance. I was curious how much it would cost to do so, ballpark.

It varies from doctor to doctor, but it generally ranges somewhere between $125-$200 PER VISIT. And it usually takes between 5 and 10 visits before you start to see results.
It depends on the number of lesions and the area to be electrocauterized. With this you have immediate results (coz the doctor basically zaps the skin tags) and this just needs topical analgesic so it wont cost much..but sometimes when the skin tag is huge they inject local anaesthetic… COST? (again, that depends on the number and area….) USD100-150 per session.
