I’ve noticed that I have vaginal skin tags, about 3 of them in one area of my vagina, but are close to my hip. Would freezing them be a safe option down there, since they are not inside the lips?

Are you sure they’re skin tags and not ******* warts? See your gynecologist and ask him to take them off. Don’t try to do it yourself. He’ll also test them to see if you have HPV.
