I have a couple of skin tags on my neck…one on the side near the back and one on the front. I had one under my arm that was of decent size, and I went to the dr. and she just cut it off no problem. She said if it hadn’t been in such an awkward place I could have done it myself. Does that mean I’ll be ok to cut the one of my neck? I’m ok with doing the one on the side, but I’m nervous about the one on the front.
Thanks!

A nice blog to get updated about latest health tips.
Nice skin care tips available
I got a couple skin tags in my armpits during my second pregnancy. One day my husband said that his mom used nail clippers to cut them off.
One day I got up the courage and sanitized a pair of nail clippers with alcohol and clipped them off (well, had my wuss husband help me with one).
It didn’t hurt much at all, but it did bleed pretty good for a couple hours. But hey, they’re gone!
It’s okay to do it yourself as long as you try to do it cleanly (wash the skin, your hands and whatever you are using to cut it off) and have some bandaids ready
I had one on the front of my neck too and it was so annoying so today I finally clipped it off. I took a pair of scissors and sanitized them with an alcohol wipe. Then I numbed the skin tag and the area around it with ice and snipped it off. The anticipation of cutting it off was SO much worse than actually doing it! It hurts for a second when you clip it but its like a small pinch. After though it bleeds a lot. Mine bled for over 20 minutes! I have heard that putting ice on the spot and then a band aid stops the bleeding. Good luck, you’ll be fine!
