Alright so I did some research & see that a lot of people have sucess with tie method for removal of skin tags & tried it, no one mentioned pain this severe but its terribly sensitive & has swollen very much, its been 4 weeks and the dang thing is STILL there! …I can not afford a Dr … what I want to know if will I be safe to cut it off, is it possible there’s a major vein in there keeping it alive through all of this??

If it is truly a skin tag it shouldn’t be attached to any veins in your body. I have known people to snip theirs off themselves without any complications, but you should always be cautious of cutting something off of your body that isn’t hair or fingernails. =)
