I have ugly skin tags some quite large on my neck. I really don’t like them, and was going to have them burned off at the doctors.
But I’m too scared lol and heard they grow back.
What are my options, if any?

I think they are callled skin tags? Basically they are protruding moles. I know it sounds gross but really I have quite a few of them. Please help.
